Dimosthenis House

House "Dimosthenis" covers an area of ​​45 square meters and consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is quite large with full equipment, many cabinets, a large counter, ceramic hobs, electric oven, filter coffee maker and nespresso, refrigerator etc. There is a round wooden dining table with chairs and a comfortable sofa that converts into a single or double bed. The house is air-conditioned with two air-conditioning units, one in each room.
The house is located at the lower level, it faces south and east and the access from the parking area is through a staircase.

The terrace
The house has a large private terrace, facing to the south and east, a good part of which is shaded by a wooden pergola and reeds.
Under the wooden pergola there is a stone bench and a large oval table with director's armchairs.
There are also sun loungers, sun beds as well as an outdoor shower that our guests particularly enjoy.
From here starts the private stone built stairway that lead to the beach after around 120 steps. Along the stairway there are two stone built benches where you can sit and rest for a while and enjoy the view.




The east beach
From below there is a beautiful secluded sandy beach that is accessible only on foot and is scarcely visited by other people.
